Adopt an Organ Pipe

If you are adopting a pipe for yourself or on behalf of someone else the purchase process is the same. Please read the information below before choosing your pipe and completing your purchase.

Adopting a pipe for yourself
Immediately after you have adopted a pipe you will receive a confirmation email from Leeds Ticket Hub. At 10am the day after you adopt your pipe, you will receive a follow-up email from Leeds Town Hall with instructions on how to provide the name you would like to appear on the certificate, our website, and in the supporters book.

If you haven't received the email from Leeds Town Hall after 24 hours please contact us to let us know the names for the certificate, supporters book and website. By default we will use the name of the purchaser for the certificate, supporters book and website.

Adopting a pipe as a gift or on behalf of someone else
Immediately after you have adopted a pipe you will receive a confirmation email from Leeds Ticket Hub. At 10am the day after you adopt your pipe, you will receive a follow-up email from Leeds Town Hall with instructions on how to provide the name you would like to appear on the certificate, our website, and in the supporters book.

If you haven't received the email from Leeds Town Hall after 24 hours please contact us to let us know the name/s for the certificate, supporters book and website.

Certificates
Certificates will be posted during the first seven working days of the month after they were adopted. For example, if a pipe is adopted in July certificates will be posted in the first week of August. If you need the certificate sooner please get in touch, we'll do our best to help.
